Interior property review includes; Security checks-access doors and windows; All household systems-plumbing (i.e. sinks, toilets, water heaters, filtration, etc.); Security Systems, HVAC; Appliances; Post-storm checks-roof leaks, insect or rodent infestations; Garage check including golf cart(s) battery fluid levels and trickle charge connection.

Exterior property review includes; Access Gates, Landscape, Irrigation Systems, Pool and Spa, lighting, drainage, pests-insects or rodent infestation, water fountains, etc.

* Repair and/or service coordination and supervision billed at an additional per hour fee; Third party contractors or service provider payment billed to owner separately.  

Coordination and supervision of contractors and service providers such as plumbers, electricians, handyman, landscapers, pool and spa technicians, pest control exterminators.

Interior Design Services available upon request. 

Catered meal services available for small to midsize gatherings. 

Pre-arrival home preparation includes bringing patio cushions out from storage and placed back to patio area and cleaning off patio furniture and area. Coordination of interior house and window cleaning, shopping; Carpet and upholstery cleaning coordination. 

Departure home preparation includes placing patio cushions in storage and cleaning off patio furniture and area. Coordination of interior house and window cleaning, Carpet and upholstery cleaning coordination, placing water buckets in specific areas, connecting trickle chargers to cars and golf carts. 

Meet car transport services for pick-up and delivery of vehicle(s). 

Rental Property Management Services available upon request.
