El Paseo Home & Commercial Services, manages two commercial, multi-tenant, malls on our behalf. Wayne is extremely thoughtful and manages the properties like they are his own. His attentiveness to details and awareness of vendor pricing is extremely valuable.

We purchased a second home in Ironwood this summer, and a good friend suggested EL Paseo Home Services to meet our needs for managing this new home, from afar.

When I first signed up for El Paseo's Home Services, I was skeptical about whether I really needed someone to monitor my home, while I am away. Phil and Wayne quickly proved themselves to me during this past Summer. I appreciate their thoroughness and ongoing communication. 

They also checked up on the status of the on-going construction and remodeling at the house and kept me apprised  on the progress. 

Recently, Phil supervised the installation of a mini-split AC unit in my garage. He obtained multiple bids, selected a contractor, managed the HOA Approval process and the installation of the unit. This was something I could of never have managed while I away from my seasonal home here in the Springs.
