Wayne Miller
Wayne brings a career of outstanding executive relationships in areas of customer services, product development, support and account management and customer success roles. He has clinical background as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and worked in both large and smaller community hospitals early in his career.
Wayne is also a licensed real estate agent for The Firm Commercial in Palm Desert.
In addition, he is a certified project manager to ensure contracted projects get completed on-time and on-budget.
He has participated in multiple HOA’s Boards including one in South Palm Desert serving in various positions and managed multiple projects within each of the communities to improve the safety and value of the homes. Wayne introduced and continues to support the Neighborhood Watch program for his HOA.
Wayne is very involved in the support of his community. Prior to becoming a permanent resident in 2017, he had homes in both Florida and Michigan, so he knows first-hand what it is like to manage multiple homes from a distance.
He has a real appreciation of what is needed to provide his clients the upmost level of service and care for their home.
Brian Johnson
Originally hailing from the Lone Star State, Brian now calls Rancho Mirage home, where he has found a perfect blend of tranquility and opportunity. With experience managing two rental properties in the past, Brian honed his skills in property management and investment.
Previously, Brian dedicated 12 years of his career to Mercedes-Benz, where he cultivated a deep understanding of luxury automotive engineering and customer service.
Currently, Brian proudly serves on the Landscape Committee in his HOA, contributing to the beautification and upkeep of the community’s outdoor spaces.
Outside of work, Brian indulges in his passions for wine, food, and spending quality time with friends, often enjoying a game of bowling to unwind.
