Level 1
Monthly Fee:
2 visits per month
For a home less than 1500 sq ft the monthly charge is $115.00 per month, homes 1501-2500 sq ft the monthly charge is $170.00 per month, and for homes 2501-4000 sq ft the monthly charge is $230.00 per month.

Level 2
Monthly Fee:
3 visits per month
For a home less than 1500 sq ft the monthly charge is $170.00 per month, homes 1501-2500 sq ft the monthly charge is $250.00 per month and for homes 2501-4000 sq ft the monthly charge is $340.00 per month.
Level 3
Monthly Fee:
4 visits per month
For a home less than 1500 sq ft the monthly charge is $225.00 per month, homes 1501-2500 sq ft the monthly charge is $335.00 per month and for homes 2501-4000 sq ft the monthly charge is $450.00 per month.
