We provide customized, personal home watch services,  based on your needs and requests. In addition, we have an extensive list and relationships with experienced and licensed service providers to complete repairs or services. We can also work with service providers of your choice, if that is your preference.  Our goal is to keep your home secure and in good overall working condition while you are away! 

We know that when you return to your home, you would love to arrive to a place that is prepared to your specifications, as you had never left.  

We also know it takes a lot of effort to pack and up and leave again. You may need help with your departure and that is also something we can help you with. 

Something else? Additional concierge services are provided and priced upon request. As your house managers your wish is our command.
