· Create strong client relationships at commercial properties which includes addressing client's concerns, escalations, and ensuring their project requests are managed to completion, on-time and within budget.

· Oversee and project manage property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with new and existing vendors and contractors to include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire, roofing, general construction, painters, and landscape contractors as needed to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet all safety standards.

· Prepare and provide regular reports on property condition, project status, vendor activity, and service requests. 

· Currently managing commercial properties in both Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage.
